Sales, Delivery & Pinball Technician

Hudson Games is looking for a reliable, hands-on Delivery and Pinball Technician to help deliver, set up, and service premium pinball machines for customers throughout the region using specialized lifting equipment, carts, and our delivery van.

This is a great fit for someone who likes arcade games, pinball, mechanical things, delivery work, or just wants flexible income without being chained to a desk. Bonus points if you know the difference between a flipper coil and a tilt bob — but we are willing to train the right person.

About the Role

You will pick up pinball machines from our Armonk, NY location, drive our delivery van to customer locations, safely deliver and position the machine, and perform basic setup.

Most deliveries are within approximately two hours of Armonk. Pinball machines weigh roughly 300 lbs., but deliveries are handled using specialized equipment, including a lift/tilt hand truck with a motorized stair-climbing function.

Setup is straightforward and typically takes about 20 minutes: position the game, raise/install the backbox, attach the legs, plug it in, test it, and make sure the customer is happy.

Responsibilities

Deliver pinball machines from our Armonk location to customer homes or businesses.

Safely move machines using specialized pinball delivery equipment.

Drive a delivery van for trips up to approximately two hours each way.

Set up and test pinball machines at the customer location.

Provide a professional, friendly customer experience.

Perform basic troubleshooting as needed.

Represent Hudson Games with care, reliability, and attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate

Has some experience with pinball machines, arcade games, vending equipment, appliances, moving, delivery, or mechanical/electrical work.

Is physically capable of safely handling heavy equipment with proper tools.

Lives reasonably close to Armonk, NY.

Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Is dependable, careful, and professional with customers.

Is comfortable entering customers’ homes and treating them with respect.

Can work flexible part-time hours as deliveries are scheduled.

Is interested in learning more about pinball setup, maintenance, and repair.

Compensation

Part-Time.  Technician will be paid hourly comensurate with experience.

Additional paid service or technician work may be available for the right candidate as the role grows.
